Stopped at a Stop sign in my local neighborhood. 3 witnesses in the vehicle with me. Pulled over for not stopping at a stop sign. Closed residential neighborhood, about 10:30pm at night. Talking with other neighbors, they also have met this officer. I went back and there he was sitting, waiting for more unsuspecting neighbors. Videoing him
