A real jerk. Drives while on his cellphone. He failed to pull a person over for running a red light right in front of him because the officer wasnt paying attention; too busy on his CELLPHONE! Threatened to arrest me for pointing out the cellphone issue. I called the watch commander,he agreed, cellphone while driving isnt appropriate its ILLEGAL.
