If this is the CHP Officer Romero that stopped me in Vacaville, he is a very gorgeous Italian cop and his badge is 18956. He wrote me a ticket for speeding. I was going 92 MPH and he gave me a huge break and wrote the ticket for 80 MPH. He was very professional and I think he is the perfect example of what cops should be.
